Headgear Size and Fitting Guide:

Measure the circumference of the athletes head at its largest point, just above their eyebrows and ears, using a flexible measuring tape as outlined below:

If the athlete has:
- a measurement that falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a more comfortable fit
- a round face and between sizes, choose the smaller size
- an oval face and between sizes, choose the larger size
While fitting, the athlete:
- who has a low ponytail, can fit as outlined in the steps below.
- with a high ponytail, will need to place their hair through the designated space first, before fastening the remainder of the helmet (assistance may be required here)
- should pull the strap connection points evenly and firmly down to ensure a firm fit
- for added comfort, is recommended to gently pull their ears through the provided ear section (ASE 'Classic' model)
- use the lace up rear fastening to tighten and loosen as required.
- should be able to place two fingers comfortably under the chin strap after fastening
